I'm 5'7” , have broad-ish shoulders and usually wear a large. I ordered a XXL and it fits well. Not too small and not too big. I planned on wearing it with a long-sleeved T, which I can easily do. However, I would not be able to wear something bulky (sweatshirt/sweater) under it as the shoulders and under arm area would be too tight in that case.
