This jacket is even more beautiful than pictured! I can't wait for the cool weather. It's versatile enough to wear as casual or dressed up. I normally wear a large but ordered the XXL after reading the reviews. It's roomy enough to wear over bulkier clothes but is not oversized. I'm 5'10”, 170 lbs. The sleeves are nice and long which can be a problem for me. I didn't need the customer service but wanted to acknowledge the lovely handwritten note that came with it expressing their appreciation in my purchase. You don't see that much anymore these days.
